I'm 5'8, about 175 lbs. and wear a 38D bra. I ordered a Large which fits perfectly and is extremly comfortable. It is on the long side but could be longer or shorter depending on the width of your hips. I am very average in size from the waist up with a full bust, small waist but full in the hip, butt and thigh area. I'm going to a black tie party in London and was skeptical about ordering long dresses online but not anymore. This dress hides every flaw and is the most flattering dress I've ever put on. The gathering of the fabric hides any little rolls one might have (ie. back fat) and gives me a fantastic shape with curves in all the right places. I feel confident, feminine, sexy and beautiful in this dress! I relied on the reviews of all 3 dresses I ordered so I hope this one helps you. I would recommnd it to everyone and is an excellent value for the money. This is the one I kept!

Love this dress. Selected for an outdoor wedding in November. My two adult daughters were very pleased and felt that it was very youthful and slenderizing.

I wasn't sure about this dress but I ordered it because of all the positive reviews and it looked to be very much what I was looking for for my son's wedding. I ordered both the small and medium because of the "runs small" comments and the small did fit just fine. Maybe it runs a bit small, but not much. It is a beautiful dress and my husband loved it. I'm returning it, however. Maybe it's the asymmetrical thing but there was just something about it that I didn't like.
