I purchased this Tadashi gown in Indigo Blue based on the reviews shared and I want to say "thank you" to those who took the time to write. This dress is exactly as described. It is extremely comfortable, very feminine, and elegant. I usually wear only black, but at last year's Preview Gala for The Philadelphia Flower Show I noticed that many had moved to colors and this inspired me to order the blue. It's a lovely deep blue, very becoming, and should have a nice "WOW" factor at the dinner. As warned, I knew it would be very long on me as it is not sized for Petites (5'2"), but even with shortening, the train is more than sufficient to be able to hold up off the Convention Center floor. I am happy to recommend this dress for any special occasion. I wish it had been available in Petite sizes.

I needed a dress to weat to my son's wedding in March, and I was trying to find a gown with some sleeves, but would still look real nice. It is hard to find evening wear with sleeves, that doesn't look real matronly and ugly. But this dress is absolutely beautiful. It looks very good on and I look forward to wearing it. The only problem for me, is it is too long and I will have to get it hemmed, and I hope the hemming doesn't alter the way it falls now. I am 5'6" and 140 lbs.

This dress is beautiful and extremely flattering to your curves. The pleats in front and train in back are very elegant. It is very comfortable to wear. I bought this for my daughters wedding.

this dress is very feminine and comfortable, while flattering. The ruching is forgiving of any figure flaws. It does run true to size and was a little long waisted on me as I am only 5'2". It was a very "easy" dress to wear as there was nothing to have to fuss or fidget with. It easily works with traditional pearls or more contemporary jewelry for an updated look. Another plus, it would be great for traveling as the fabric would be hard to wrinkle!
