[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rouge Pur Couture Lipstick 70 is a great pink/peach/nude shade. It applies smoothly and smells faintly of apricots. The formula is not too thick and has a satin finish. The one thing I did not like about this lipstick: after about 15 minutes I noticed my lips were felling dry. I applied a bit of lip oil over the lipstick and it solved the problem. Overall, decent lipstick, just a tad drying on the lips.

Sample size surprised me!

I signed up to receive a sample size of this... Not really sure what to expect. Was it going to be on a sample sheet just to swatch the color, or extra tiny like an Avon lipstick sample? I was pleasantly surprised to receive this! The packaging looks just like the regular size lipstick and very well made. And it is twice the size of those tiny Avon lipstick sample tubes! It doesn't have any weird smells and was very creamy and easy to apply. After a few minutes it felt like I didn't even have lipstick on. It's lightweight but great color and the color stays on a while. I don't buy lipstick often but will definitely look into getting more of this in the near future because it is great quality.
