Beautiful lip color. I'm wearing this shade for a wedding I am in next year, and at first I was a little shocked by the price. I'm not much of a lipstick expert - I usually wear the stuff from the drugstore. However, this is a beautiful shade and looks good on virtually all skin tones. (The bride chose it for that reason.)
It's smooth and hydrating, yet stays put all day. My only complaint is the scent, which smells like roses, but I am picky about perfumes due to allergies. It does wear off, but it initially took some getting used to.
Overall, a good investment if you're looking for a high quality and versatile lip color!
I got the beige promenade shade. I prefer matte or satin lipsticks that are going to stay on for hours. I love macs matte line for instance. This line doesn’t give me that although the formula is very moisturizing and non drying. The shade is very brown ish.
I love this color as an everyday wear. Its a nice brown that is neutral/natural, application is easy because they lipstick glides on smoothly without being greasy.
I want to give this 5 stars but... it dries my lips almost instantly and doesn't last long. It comes off on everything. I love the smell and color. I ordered Trish Mcvoy's lipstick base so hoping that helps with preventing my lips from drying out.
