I own this lipstick in two colors: Rose Bergamasque (#6) and Rouge Rose (#52). The formula applies thinly at first, which I consider an advantage, since it gives you flexibility with how to wear the color. Rouge Rose is famous for a reason and is a properly unique bright coral. It goes on a bit chalky on its own, but if you exfoliate your lips and use a good liner, it can look really lovely and is worth the trouble. To me, though, Rose Bergamasque is the real gem. I have pale olive-toned skin and pigmented lips, and have never found a Brigitte Bardot-type light pink that didn't wash me out or just look boring... until this one. This is in fact a much more unique color than it appears in the tube, and it's completely beautiful. The wear on these is no more than a few hours without a lip liner, but that's should be expected with a creamy formula. The floral fragrance is quite strong and does linger for awhile. However, the colors are unique, so I feel the tradeoff is mostly worth it.
I've never been a fan of lipstick until I tried this one. My lips chap so easily and lipstick tends to make it worse, but this one is so moisturizing it surprisingly helps! The color stays on so well I don't have to reapply very often. Also, I don't ever have to apply lip gloss on top since it's already so glossy, making it super convenient to reapply when I have to. The color is perfect for Spring and Summer and compliments most outfits, definitely a MUST HAVE!
This lipstick is to die for. It is so creamy and beautiful, nothing else compares. I'm hard to please and find myself disappointed with most products, but not with this. It comes with a high price tag, but it's worth it. I've only tried one color so far, but plan on trying more. Before buying this lipstick, I watched some YouTube reviews. I could see how pretty the colors were and what a beautiful creamy look they had on everyone I saw. My makeup really looked polished after applying the lipstick as the finishing touch. Almost forgot-it really stayed on nicely without any dryness.
