The 11.5 pair I received were about a half-size smaller than marked. I own several other pairs of To Boot shoes in 11.5, and the sole on the Ross was at least 1/2 inch shorter than all of the others. The in-store shoe department confirmed this and exchanged it for a 12, which fits the same as the other To Boot 11.5s.
The low profile rubber sole makes this a great option for someone wanting the durability of rubber without the bulky appearance.
4 stars for the otherwise high workmanship quality of the shoe. As long as the shoes are sized correctly, To Boot has a great balance of quality and price, making it the best value for a dress shoe line at Nordstrom.
