As a woman of curvier poportions I was once again foiled by online shopping and not having things be the size the say they are. I ordered one dress from this same designer in a size 16 (I usually wear a 14) and it was too small, so then I ordered this one in an 18 and it was even smaller than the 16 - both were probably size 12. Fortunately, I went into Dress Barn this weekend and found a beautiful dress that I can wear to my friend's wedding... gues what size?? You got it 14!

This dress is just beautiful! The fabric is floaty and moves really well when dancing. I'm a little bigger, and the empire waist is very flattering. The bodice is low but not revealing, which makes this dress appropriate for attending a wedding, but also for going out.

I got the Black color and wore it to my husband's company black tie gala. I received many compliments! The skirt is floaty and actually is very flattering.There was a little clingy thing going on with the skirt and the lining, but I sprayed static cling and that took care of that issue. I love this dress so much!

This dress has problems with static cling! the chiffon fabric and lining do not work well with each other and the outside fabric clings and hikes up! The color "Grey Ridge" is more a dusty purple than grey. The fit of the dress is very flattering and lightweight.
