Modest but not matronly shoe. I was looking for shoes that were appropriate for the office. The heel was the perfect height compared to all my sky high heels.

Great Shoe - but too small

I was excited about this shoe and because I have not purchased a Manolo Blahnik shoe before, I ordered an 11 and 11.5 ( I wear a 10.5 to 11 usually). The 11 was too small. The 11.5 seemed that it would work. The shoe is beautiful, however the strap across the top of the foot was a bit tight over my right foot. I tried to wear it for an hour or so but it did not get any better. I am now waiting to see if the 12 fits any better. If you know your size in MB's, I would say this is a classic shoe that you are sure to wear for years. I give it only 3 stars as the sizing is quite "off" compared to American standards (if there is, indeed, one!)

Gorgeous shoe, impeccably well-made and amazingly comfortable. I had to go up a full shoe size (not a 1/2 size, as others have noted). I'm nearly always in a size 8, but am slightly wide across the ball of my foot. I had to exchange the 8 1/2 for a 9, which fits perfectly. I'm so happy with this purchase, I may order the other available color and wish there were more to select from.
I have these shoes in both colors. I can tell you that I get compliments ALL THE TIME from men and women. They are stylish, they are comfortable, they are extremely well made, they are great for the conservative job that I have. They are my 'go to' shoes for everyday. My feet never hurt, and I travel every week. I may need to purchase a back up pair or two :)
