Pretty color but the styling is a little frumpy and skimpy for a 'mother of the groom' dress, which is what I need. Liked the 'Regular' size version much better, but need a petite fit for proportions.

I love these Komarov dresses. I have tried on several hoping they would look good on me but they don't. I'm 5', 127 lbs with a few too many buldges that can't be hidden in these dresses. The fabric is gorgeous and perfect for a spring or summer wedding but the fabric doesn't hide anything. If you are thin and tall, this dress is made for you. Sadly not me.

The dress is beautiful..color great and beading was lovely. The material gets ever bigger, so the dress looses all shape very quickly. The jacket seemed cheap and akward, as if the sides were uneven. Overall, the dress was a good idea that just did not work. Both pieces had problems, that for the price were completely unacceptable. I returned the item and would not reccomend it.

I am 5'8" and weigh about 142. I am smaller on top and bigger on the bottom. It is very flattering. Size 8 was perfect. It is well made. I had none of the problems the other reviewers stated. It is a little expensive, but the design is so different from anything else out there that it is worth it and believe me, I looked EVERYWHERE! I ordered the aubergine and it looks nothing like the picture. It is a very deep, rich purple jewel tone. In some lights, it takes on a deep red wine color, which is also beautiful. But in natural light there is no red in it. I bought it for my daughter's wedding and I am not into the traditional style dresses that are out there, but I still wanted to look elegant and special. This fit the bill for me. There is another dress my the same designer that is also excellent. I can't decide between the 2 at this point.
