i just bought a pair later today and wore it for walking. i find it fashionable and easy to wear however it is not really a walking shoes if you are planning to stroll the whole day. because my soles hurt a bit, maybe because it is new. but for my overall rating, it is good. would definitely but another pair! BTW i am size 8 but my toms is size 7.5
