Prosmust break-in, cute, edgy, comfy, true to size, versatile
After deciding between the troopa 1.0 and the new 2.0 for a long time, I ultimately decided on the 1.0 because it can be worn all year round (the 2.0 has a grip/tracking on the bottom which makes it a little more winter suitable). They look even better in person! This was my first pair of combat boots, and they are the perfect casual boot you can dress up or down. I can't wait to try them with shorts or a dress in the spring. I got the stone color, it is a taupe/grey-ish tan color which goes with everything. I got 7.5 which is true to size for me. There was plenty of toe room, however they do run narrow in the middle foot area. These DO NEED TO BE BROKEN IN. I was not used to this with issue with new shoes/boots, so my first time wearing them walking around the mall my feet actually hurt a LOT and throbbed a little, so I got worried they were too small. I was wearing semi-thick socks with them. However already after wearing them a 2nd time they stretched a bit and were significantly more comfortable! The leather shapes to your feet and becomes softer (as others have noted). This is real leather so there are a few little defects/spots on the leather and it is not perfect. This does not bother me because this is natural with real leather, its not that bothersome or noticeable, and the boots have a vintage edge to them. There is an insert in the box warning about this so please expect it! I love wearing them half tied up, with the strings wrapped around the shaft. They are convenient to get on and off with the side zipper, although its not super effortless to get them on/off due to the narrow shaft. I would love to see even more colors in these and might get the 2.0 next year to try out! Highly recommend.

Troopa boot gotta have

Prosclassy & comfort
I bought them for my daughter for Christmas.. Off came the boots she was wearing and on went the Troopa. She loved them and I am a happy mom.. No exchanging this gift!!!
