Very comfortable shoes, there was no need to break them in! The boot shaft is kind of baggy, so it is easy to stuff warm socks and jeans into the boot all at the same time! One downside: I took the polish right off the toe the first day I worn them. But that is why they made shoe polish! Overall, pretty great deal to get them on sale!
Great boots - purchased for my daughter. We returned for a 7 1/2, as although 8 is her usual size, these were a bit large. Great customer service, as usual. Stone is the color she selected. First pair were darker than second - worked out well as she preferred the second. These replaced a pair she purchased 4 years ago.
They did not have my size on the floor so we had to order it. I called store mngr in charge about the service i received! The boot was to small. I had major legsurgery so it looks like i have to go up a size in my shoes! Other than that its cute but steve madden makes better shoes than the boots i got! Thank you for your follow up
