I got these in the Brown and the Stone because I couldn't decide between the two. I'm not much of a black shoe person, so I'm glad this comes in such a variety.
I really like that this has the laces you can actually tie and untie, and also the zipper on the side to help with easy on and off.
I can wear anywhere from an 8 to a 9, and I found these to run kind of small, and a little narrow. The Saleswoman said that they would stretch, but I felt like they would still be a little tight, especially since feet tend swell after a while being in shoes/boots. I tried on an 8.5 initially. Ultimately, I decided to go with the 9.
The Brown boots seemed to have thicker leather, which made it feel a bit stiff, also the laces were thicker than the Stone ones. Which, I'm not sure why. The pictures here, for once, are true to color.
Both boots seemed a bit stiff, but I'm pretty sure they'll break in eventually, especially since they're leather. Like another reviewer said, they seem that they might scuff easily. So, just be mindful of that if you're not too into the extra distressed look.
Since they're flat, they seem like they'd be comfortable to walk around in all day.
I have these boots in both brown and black and they are my go tos. They are so comfortable and go with every outfit. Had mine for at least 3 years now and they are still in great shape. Definitely recommend!
Saw these boots on sale and I had to buy them. Overall I've enjoyed wearing them, although I'm curious to see how long they hold up. The material doesn't look all that durable. I bought the black ones and they scuff fairly easily like most boots, so I'm often having to check for scuff marks after sitting under a desk for a while (lol). The laces are quite long, so if you wear them half-way laced you may need to double knot them or wrap them once or twice all the way around your ankles. Despite the shortcomings, I've worn them with leggings and jeans so far and they look great! Perfect for fall and mild winter weather.
