Very comfortable high-heel sandal. Flattering. I normally wear wedge shoes for comfort; but, these are just as comfortable. Bought in black but think will order all colors.

I can't rave enough about these shoes. They are fantastic. Michael Kors does it again with the Carla sandal. I own 3 pairs of Michael Kors' shoes. I could wear these shoes all day. They are very comfortable and sky high. I am 5' tall, so I'm always looking for a comfortable high heel shoe. I loved them so much, I ordered them in 2 colors (black and taupe). If you're looking for a hot summer sandal, look no further. Highly recommended!

Like other reviewers here, I don't wear heels much. My job is creative and allows flat sandals, which I live in. But I like the idea of heels. Vanilla leather, on me, is a 'nude' shoe. The design is very nice... padded, covered buckle, wide straps, sturdy platform. But to me these are still heels, and I feel them like heels. They're comfortable heels, definitely, but all the reviewers who say they are like walking on clouds all day are probably people who can comfortably wear shoes like Cole Haans (which I find miserable). I could NOT last 9 hours in these at work, personally. They are tall, which is nice when you are 5'1.

I really loved the way these shoes looked in the catalog and ordered them in the taupe color. I've only worn them twice but I love them! I hardly ever wear heels but these are super comfortable. I think they fit true to size.
