This actually feels REALLY good when you use it. It's unfortunate that mine doesn't charge properly. It never has a full charge and charged 100% for about a month. I don't know if it got too wet or what the issue is, but it says you can use it in the shower so idk? I still use it without the battery. Maybe I should try bringing it in to exchange it or just get a Mia 3 now...

I never give any product 5 stars unless it totally blows my mind but this product works very well and quite satisfied indeed. I bought the same model a year ago from Amazon and it broke 13 months later - just in time to fall out of warranty. So this time I purchased from Nordstrom and sleep much better at night knowing that I will be taken care of as Nordstrom stands by all of their products. Regardless, this little clarisonic works wonders for my aging skin and my teenage son can't live without it. Great for oily skin with or without acne. Well worth the money.
