Fun for casual shoe

This is a great shoe for every day, I feel it goes with everything however I don't think I would run with them. Unless you run barefoot on a regular basis this is not the shoe to start running with. It does suggest that you start off slow however my ankle, arch, were killing me so I went back to my running shoes with a higher arch support and cushion in the sole. I don't need any foot injuries.
I have worn these everyday since I bought them on my day to day activities just not for exercise.
Also they are a little tough to get on since the tongue does not lift all the way but a shoe horn does the trick.
