Fantastic under eye brightner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Well Rested for 25 years. It is a great product to brighten the eye area. I use it alone or a light dusting on top of my Original creamy concealer. I am older and have fine lines in my eye area but this does not settle in the fine lines.
