Too Pointy

Looking for the perfect work pump, I ordered these Ivanka Trump pumps in my usual size 4.5 which are not easy to find. They are too pointy and make my feet look long! Also, they run large and were too big especially in the heel. Returned them and still looking for the perfect pump that's not too high.
