I purchased this shoe in just about every color that was available in my size which is a 4 and I love them. Though the sizing online indicates they run a bit big (fit sizing), I found that every pair that I purchased online (because the store didn't carry my size) fit perfectly. The heel height is just right (2-1/2). I love this! Classy!

I got them in black patent. They are elegant, comfortable and look expensive. I usually wear a 9 1/2 M, but went with the 9 1/2 W b/c patent leather shoes usually feel narrow and tight. Love the heel. Looks higher than it really is.

I was looking for some "Kate Middleton" neutral tone pumps that would be narrow enough for my foot (size 10N). Alas, the heel slipped and the toe had a big gap when I walked. I suppose I could have found a pad to put in the heel, but if I'm going to spend this much on shoes, I expect them to fit with no adjustments. I had to send them back. This was my first time with this brand and it's just not narrow enough for my 4A heel. Pretty otherwise.
