I bought these shoes primarily for work to wear with suits. The shoes are super comfortable and the heel height is perfect. I have had other patent leather heels that hurt a lot during the "breaking in" period but these were comfortable immediately.This is a classic pair of shoes that go with just about anything. They are high quality and will stand the test of time. I can also see myself pairing these with jeans for weekend wear. Overall I'm very pleased.

I would recommend this shoe based on its quality but not on being true to size. We had to return this shoe twice, as it runs quite large. My daughter normally wears a 7M, and that's what we first ordered. After returning it twice and reordering it twice, she ended up with a 6M. It fit ok in the length but her heel was still coming out of the heel when she walked. I think we would have given up on this shoe sooner, but it was for her wedding and she had the wedding gown getting hemmed to match the height of this shoe!
We finally went to our local Nordstrom, where a shoe department employee was able to put pads in both the toe area and the heel area to make the shoe work for her. Voila! Problem solved! We were very thankful for Nordstrom's customer service!
