The wedge 2" heel height very comfortable and versatile. The leather very soft. I have 2 pairs in Black/Silver (classic) and Tan/Gold (fresh look especially for spring and summer) which i bought 2 years ago. I worn them here and there a lot but they're still look mint condition. All ladies in my family have at least one pair which I bought as a present for them (take advance whenever Tory Burch has a promotion 25% off) then after that they bought other color, too. We're all agreed that these shoes are stylish , comfortable for who love wear heel all day but won't sacrifice your feet. A must have.

My salesperson brought the tan pair out for me to try (she was also wearing the same shoe at the time!) and I fell in love with them the moment I tried them on. I've gotten good wear and they match a lot of my outfits.

I bought the Royal Tan while during recent on a trip to Washington D.C. in the in a size 8 -- my normal size -- on advice that the leather was soft and would stretch, as I have a wide foot. Well, after wearing them about a month there was very little stretch, which is probably good, just not in my case.
No problem. The wonderful sales associate (not sure if I should use her name) at the Chicago Michigan Ave. store exchanged them for an 8-1/2 and I am now thrilled with the comfort of this shoe! I've worn them several times already and have received many complements.
This customer service not only confirms our family's loyalty as Nordstrom customers for almost 25 years, it's because of it I now 'get' all the fuss over Tory Burch shoes and am sure to purchase many more in the future. Thank you Nordstrom!
