The veil does help reduce shine. It's reasonably lasting, but definitely not for all day...retouches needed throughout the day. It's lightweight which is great. I will say that the tint is still too light for my complexion.
Ok, most of have some little blemishes we like to hide. Whether it be discoloration of skin, a pimple, bigger pores, etc... this is the powder for you. I have used the Bare Minerals powder line for years, and the Mineral Veil gives that smooth, polished look to your face. I put it on after I have applied the foundation powder and blush. It gives my face a fresh glow. This is a product that I take with me wherever I go and use it when I feel like I might need a touch-up. Great powder!!
