This shoe, in the mid heel height, is lovely. It still gives you tremendous height, but it is COMFORTABLE and you don't look like a giraffe with a broken ankle while walking in them. They run small because they are designed in France and hand made in Italy. These are different than European sizes...they are FR/IT sizing. (40.5 is a 9.5, 41 is a 10 in US and so on) I wear a 10-10.5 US so I ordered a 42. In Louboutins, I wear a 42 and they fit great. The 42 in the YSL Tribtoo is a little large, so I could have gone with a 41.5 and it would be perfect. I put some heel pads into the 42's and they are perfect. I can wear them all day and they look amazing. If you want to feel like a million bucks, invest in these beautiful, iconic shoes. They are lovely. Very classy. I'm going to purchase the same shoe in nude suede right now! Unfortunately, I have to go to a different site to buy those, but if Nordstrom would carry the full range....I'd definitely purchase here. Amazing shoes. You won't be sorry. Just remember the sizing trick, and you'll be fine.

Bought this shoe in my usual 37 but they ran a little too big. I then received a 36.5 and they were perfect! I would suggest buying half a size down. These are the sexiest pumps! The heel is perfection and so is the platform. This color nude is far superior than any other nude color I have seen. There is no other shoe that compares with style, comfort, and quality like these YSL pumps!

These are beautiful shoes! Unfortunately I ordered these in a 38, because the directions say to size up, but they were actually too big :(. I am a true 7.5 and should of ordered the 37.5. Unfortunately I had to return these and they are sold out in the 37.5. YSL shoes are so comfortable, definitely worth the price.
