The bag I received has distressed marks all over it, while the photo is a uniform black. The front flaps are also not neatly even, and are difficult to open/close. The strap is comfortable and the leather is very soft.

Prosa great purchase
Bought this bag as a gift for my very picky Software Engineer fiancé's Birthday....well long story short, He loved it. Fits his everyday needs perfectly. Just enough space for his laptop and all his gadgets. He loves the vintage look of the bag. When he took it to work he was asked where he got it from. Great bag AND it was on sale, even better!

Nice Replacement Bag

Prosversatile, comfortable
This bag/briefcase is a nice replacement for my aging 15 year old Geoffry Bean bag. I needed a bag to carry my; papers, files, HTC tablet, eye glasses, and assorted knick knacks. This bag does all that and with room for a quite a bit more. The shoulder strap very adjustable and stays on the shoulder. The rugged faux aged look to the leather is also a nice touch. If I were to list any complaints, I might mention that I cannot seem to find any slots to hold an inkpen. I fully expected item that on such a bag. Small detail that I can easily do without becaause I am overall very happy with this purchase, at this price point. Also, the bag just barely fits in between being styled casually enough for a college student, and seriously enough for many a workplace. Actually styled more towards the former than the latter, hard to find a quality affordable bag nice enough for business without being stuffy looking.

I bought this bag for my boyfriend's birthday. He is a jock-type, who doesn't like anything too trendy and he absolutely loved the bag. I think the worn-in look adds a touch of "masculinity" without being too deliberate. It is stylish without being over the top and I think would appeal to all types of guys. The bag is the perfect size and shape and has tons of space for laptops, files, or other stuff you have to carry to the office/gym/travel, etc. I strongly recommend this bag!!
