This is a very attractive shoe. I was very impressed with the quality of the leather. I just wish this shoe came in half sizes. My son loves his new shoes because they look just like his dad's shoes.

My 9-yr-old son put these on and their leather was so soft, and the laces snugly tied up--he started to dance like Michael Jackson! I'd say he approved. No more uncomfortable shoes or laces that won't stay tied. Thank you, Nordstrom for a seemingly very good product at a decent price. Let's see how long they last.....that's why I can't give them 5 stars yet...

I have found it very difficult to find a nice, real leather dress shoe for my 10 year old son. They are a dark brown, chocolate color, true to the photo. I wish they came in a carmel brown color, but oh well. They look comfortable and are very well made.
