Invest in quality socks
PostedDecember 4, 2011
Someone once mentioned to invest in things that we tend to use everyday like great quality towels, sheets, pillows, shoes and of course socks! the things that you use and give you comfort.
If you like to jog, run or walk at the gym or outdoors, invest in good quality socks. Pay attention to the fabric, size and seams. According to an article I read, it mentions about bypassing the 100% cotton and to reach out for moisture-management material, like Coolmax, which will wick away irritating sweat. I bought about ten pairs of Thorlo socks (experia running socks & classic crew walking socks) for my hubby and he really likes them. I did not hesitate to get ten pairs because I am a big fan of Thorlo brand.

It is a very comfortable sock, but the first day I wore them, multiple threads started to fray from various parts of the sock. This doesn't hurt the integredy of the sock, but is very annoying and looks silly. Nike makes similar socks that I have not had trouble with for about the same price.
