L'eau d'Issey smells wonderful--fresh, appealing, not too "perfumey." I bought a roller ball to try it out and was not disappointed. My significant other spontaneously volunteered "You smell great!" Roller balls are good because they are portable and you can completely control the quantity.
I get about 4-5 compliments per day when I wear this perform. I usually buy the large spray container, however I liked that this was perfect size for my purse or work bag and I could easily put on before a meeting or touch up if needed. The smell lasts all day so no need to freshen up unless you want it stronger smelling. The only reason I didn't get 5 stars is that the roller ball on now 2 of the rollerballs don't roll as well as I would like. Sometimes leaving red marks on my neck when I apply, although they go away shortly after. Still I wouldn't change this perfume, because its the BEST! You will not be sorry if you try this!

This is a beautiful, soft fragrance and I just love the rollerball. When it arrived, I was reminded of how wonderful this scent is and will order it in other versions. Wonderful for spring and summer.
