The color is beautiful but the applicator is tricky. You have to be careful with the cap or else it'll break, it's not designed that well. I bought he Amethyst. The eyeliner shade is a dark eggplant color the highlighter shade is a soft lavender...very pretty!
This eyeliner is really unique. I don't know what's in it, but it's the only one I've ever used that really makes my eyes "pop". I love most things Jane Iredale and this is no exception. Definitely worth the money.

I returned this the same day I got it. It applies poorly, color is uneven and a bit rough against the gentle skin of the eye. I am still searching for a great eyeliner that doesn't irritate my eyes.
