I normally have the best fit with a 10.5 D in the #5 last. I tried this in an 11D and it is a bit narrow.

Recently purchased the Carlsbad in Black to round out my wardrobe. This is a superb looking shoe and the fit is perfect. I like the style and fit so well that my next purchase will be in the Chili color.
I compared the McGraw and the Randolph and 'settled' on the Carlsbad. This shoe belongs in every man's wardrobe and in the short time I have worn it have received several favorable comments.
