I normally lean towards warmer scents, but was looking for something to wear throughout summer. I didn't want to fall in love with this, but I couldn't stop smelling my wrists after trying it out in the store. I read the reviews that the staying power is not great, and I would have to agree with this. I feel like it only lasts a couple hours at best on me. Despite this...it still called my name. The fragrance is intoxicating. It's citrusy, but complex at the same time. I didn't want a summer scent that just smelled like a fruit tree. I wanted more and this perfume delivered. It truly reminds me of being whisked away to the coast of Italy. TF's Neroli triggers all my senses...from the delicious scent to the gorgeous teal bottle. I took one star off due to the staying power. I agree with other reviewers that at this price point, one would expect it to last a bit longer (thus 4 stars)... but I would be lying if I said that is going to stop me from continuing to buy and enjoy this amazing fragrance.
This beautiful fragrance reminds me of my time in Italy... There was a lotion at the St Regis that they didn't sell, but it was so similar to this. To me, it's everything about the charm and beauty of Italy. The citrus notes are fresh but not overpowering. I'm officially obsessed! Please make a travel kit!
I love this scent, but agree with several others who stated that the scent does not last long on me also. That is disappointing, as some others of his really do, but not this one. I’ve even tried a sample of the Forte, but it too just disappears. I don’t know what to make of this experience, maybe today I’ll try to layer it with an oil underneath. Wish me luck, but so far wishing hasn’t made it so.
