Fresh, breezy summer

I first tried a sample of this perfume for nearly a year. While it is quite expensive, I had a "treat yo self" moment and finally bit the bullet to purchase this EDP. It smells like clean summer time and the beach. It's also somewhat a spicy (but still fresh) and is a unisex fragrance, although I've not smelled it on a man. For me, the sillage is moderate for a few hours but on the skin it has good longevity. I get compliments very often, from loved ones and strangers, about how good I smell! I would definitely recommend doing a sample before purchasing to determine whether the fragrance on your skin justifies the purchase.
I got this scent in a sampler set I bought on an international fight (duty free). All of the Tom Ford bottles are small and provide a sampling of his biggest hits. I'm glad I didn't shell out a lot for this one. Initially I loved it, but then it started smelling a little SWEET. Perfume is super personal and for me this just isn't it. I read another review that described it as smelling a bit like vanilla and cherry, maybe the CHERRY is fitting. But for me is smells a bit like SUNTANT LOTION I wore in the 1980's but with a sophisticated twist. It smells like summer in Italy, sweet with a little musk. I can imagine wearing heels on cobble stone streets at the Amalfi coast headed to the beach for some fresh seafood dinner. It's nice just not for me. Oh yeah, and it doesn't last longer than a COUPLE OF HOURS.
Another wonderful scent from TF. I loved smelling this so much on my partner that I bought myself a bottle and somehow it seems to work well for either men or women. It is perfect for a summer evening with your favorite cocktail dress.
Great summer fragrance with a lasting power of about only 60 min. I read previous reviews and 100% agree with the complains about this eau de parfume - disappointing for one of the most expensive bottles. Save the money, unless you want to keep spraying....
