I was skeptical about buying this tote. For the price, it didn't seem like anything special. Seeing it in person changed that for me. This tote is everything I wanted for travel- roomy, no dividers but able to be organized, water resistant and able to fit under a plane seat. i ordered several other travel totes and sent them all back once I saw this one in person.

Traveled with this, and it worked great. The bag itself is super light weight but still strong. I packed it with my purse, tablet & keyboard, 2 books, 4 magazines, toiletries, change of clothes, shoes, scarf, travel mug, headphones, and snacks. The smaller pouches that are included, especially the large one which held my magazines without being dog-eared by the end of the trip. I have the silver one, which my kids called the cooler bag, but I can be cooler.
This tote is beautiful. Great, simple design, beautiful colors, huge interior with a small zip bag so you can fit anything you need. I use it as my work bag, my gym bag, my overnight bag, everything. I have one big pet peeve though - the straps ALWAYS slip off my shoulder. Always. And it's really annoying when you're carrying a lot. What I've done is tuck the strap that slips off (the outer one when I'm wearing it) under the inner strap, and that seems to do the trick. But it gets annoying to have to remember to do that.
I bought my first large metro tote 8 to 9 years ago and it has flown close to 1,000,000 miles ! The moisture resistant fabrication soft sided padded construction and organization offered is worth it’s weight in gold! I just passed down my first MZ Wallace to my adult daughter so she can continue enjoying the functionality of this metro tote set with the three different sized clipped in bags and I’m starting with my second tote. The chunky large plastic zippers are indestructible and the fact that everything can be organized and clipped inside. You can zip up the top of the tote keeps all of your belongings safe and from spilling out which is important when you’re traveling ! The Tote is so roomie I pack my clothes in my roll aboard and virtually 100% of everything else with in this tote and I can travel anywhere in the world for weeks with that ”kit”! Because of the soft sided roomy construction it easily molds to fit under the seat in front of you, leaving your overhead for your roll aboard and with the three pouches inside it makes it easy to access your headphones or whatever else you need inflight and once you get to your destination the tote will double as a wonderful daytrip bag ! I do miss my original color which is no longer available ( I think it was mushroom but it looks more like champagne) I am moving forward with the tin steel combination with a bright yellow interior !
