Great, whole size down!

I wear a 9.5 and had to size down to 8.5. Even the 8.5 are not too snug; go a whole size down, ladies! Very comfortable, wear them every day.

Prosclassy casual
For an inexpensive casual shoe, these are superb!
I was very happy with the style and comfort of this shoe.
Also, the sole is more durable than most shoes on the market which have paper thin soles and sell for five times the price of these.

Crochet material is scratchy

These were too small and uncomfortable. They were cut too high for me, the material is stiff and scratchy, I ordered a 7.5 which I normally order for Toms shoes and they were too small. I returned this pair.

Prosscratchy, uncomfortable
These are the first original Tom's I've ever bought, and I didn't love them in person. The lace was scratchy on the top of my foot, and I just don't see myself wearing them. I would try other original Tom's though since I think it's just the fabric.
I ordered a 1/2 size down and the fit did seem right.
