I like this Mephisto shoe because it is comfy and classy. It is a great travel shoe and In the taupe color, will go anywhere with anything I'm wearing and it feels wonderful on my feet till the day is done. A true size.

Comfortable, Stylish, Quality Issue

Proscomfortable
I already own the red and tan/white colors of these very comfortable and stylish shoes. I returned this one once because the silver eyelets were corroded/discolored. My second pair were better, but still not at the quality I expect from Mephisto, as there was some discoloration of the eyelets. Neither of my other color pairs had this issue. Nordstrom, pls. notify Mephisto.

Wow, I Want to Live in These Shoes!

Never have I put on a more comfortable shoe! There is not even a brand I can compare these shoes with. I wanted them so badly in the white rather than the sand color on the soles, but you didn't have my size in a 38. Since I don't want to look like a 'granny' even though I am an old Granny, I ran these shoes past the teenagers in the family and they, too, find this shoe to be 'spiffy' for any age. Sadly I sent these back as I found the ones in white and grey and I can't afford both for the summer. Am so impressed that I plan on buying one new pair a season as the reviews say they last for many years.
Great walking shoe! I had to go a half size up since I take a wide shoe. The red is great for fall. This is my second pair and I would recommend these shoes to anyone that does a lot of walking.
