Initially ordered my normal size 8, but they were too big. I now have the 7 1/2 and I think they are so comfortable. I do have one bunion, so I know fairly quickly if the shoe fits well. I am excited to take them traveling! They also look cuter on than I expected. I only rated a 4 star because I haven't truly tested on vacation, but I will report back!
I have a previous version of the Laser shoe so I wanted another pair (navy) as I love them and wear them a lot. Unfortunately my same size in this version didn't fit in the toe area--one shoe was slightly shorter and had a shallower toe box than the previous version. My big toe was hitting the top of the shoe. I don't know if this was just a one-off with this shoe or if the sizing has changed a bit.

This is the perfect shoe for running errands and shopping! Mephistos are the best made shoe I've ever found! I love the trendy look of this shoe! These are the best shoes for an all day shopping trip!
I tried several pairs of shoes before settling on these beautiful walking shoes by Mephistopho. My daughter in England said everyone wears "trainers" but most of the popular brands in the US don't have enough toe room, arch support, or accommodation for bunions. These shoes are beautiful and comfortable, very stylish, and offer all the support I'll need for trekking around England and Scotland--and I'll wear them back here! Nordstrom described these as running small but I found them to be true to size.
