I ordered several dresses from Nordstrom online since I was so impressed with the great selection for plus size woman - thank you Nordstrom!! This dress is lovely. Had this been the one I chose, I would have had to have it shortened. As others said, if you are 5'5' or under, this dress will need shortening. The sleeves in particular are wonderful in that most heavy woman are senstive about their upper arms and these sleeves are long enough to make you feel comfortable. The dress in general was a little too "subdued" for my family but it nevertheless was a definite contender. I ended up with a black/white dress which I chose because it was the most slimming of all the dresses. Do not be afraid to order this dress, it is very, very nice. I personally loved the way the waist dipped down on one side - it was very flattering.

i had high hopes for this dress, but even though the over all fit was big I am long waisted and this dress is very short waisted I have sent it in as a return

I ordered this dress for my sons wedding. I was nervious about the size I am a 24 in some dress's and 26 in others so I was worried, but it is great infact its alittle big in the top but I can have it taken in not a problem. Even the length is perfect. I love it..
