The size chart here is not the same as that on this item's packaging. I'm 5'6" 138 - easily a medium per Nordstrom's chart but right on the dividing line with large per the package chart. Which might be the reason why I immediately put a hole (which ran) near the waistband despite being very careful when trying them on. I am reordering in the next size up because these are very nice - fully fashioned toe, not shiny, and hits the mark re: coverage (have scars) and enough transparency to look nice.
These are wonderful support type nylons. I typically wear tights and not nylons. I've worn them once so far. These were very tight and a bit of a challenge to get on but I was comfortable all day and they didn't bind in my waist or thighs. Very durable-I pulled on them a lot during the day and no frays or runs.
I bought these medium compression tights 70 for support of my back and legs. I weigh 132 lbs and medium goes up to 170lbs. I wanted extra ease in putting them on so and didn't buy size small. I followed the directions before putting the tights on, stretching the ankle and the leg several times. It was with difficulty I had to put them on and as I reached my stomach, a hole in the hose happened with my thumb. I do not have long fingernails or polish the flat nails I have. I am so disgusted that this occurred. I do not recommend this item at all and will never know how they wear since I had to discard it. The hole in the tights spread quickly down to a long large run down the entire leg.
Really liked these pantyhose. Keep me warm and they were not too thick. I liked the control top it is nice and smooth and did not show through my lace dress.
