I echo the sentiments of the disappointed customers below! I’ve used this lipstick for many years, for the same reasons they put forward. It wasn’t trendy, but a great product, a real classic that suited many customers. I don’t see any other color or formula in EL lipsticks that I like or that can replace it for me. I will look at another brand.

I love this lipstick. I always had chapped lips but with Estee Lauder Pure Color'Long Lasting Lipstick, I have smooth long lasting color all day BB
I have never worn a lipstick that I have received more compliments than this one! It doesn't matter what color of lip stain I use if I put this color over it, someone undoubtedly will ask the shade and brand I am wearing. Friends and strangers alike. It's great by itself, kind of light and cool. And adds semantics to anything underneath. I love it. I constantly have two. One for my purse and one for my house!!!
