I love pretty much everything about these jeans. The fabric blend has the perfect amount of lycra and is substantial without being stiff. The fit is great - a high enough rise for good butt coverage even when sitting or bending over, but not so high they feel like Grandma Pants. They are mega-comfy and work equally well for everyday casual or with a dressier top for dinner out. I'm 5'9" and the length is perfect for me, but I'm wearing them with low heeled shoes or boots.
I do have something to whine about, though - these are the ONLY NYDJ jeans that Nordy's carries in Long, and they only come in black. So I have 3 pairs of identical, black, bootcut jeans. I would really like to be able to have some additional choices. The selection for petites seems quite good, but if you're a long-legged woman, you better love your black bootcuts :)

At last, a long jean from NYDJ that looks good with boots that have a heel. I'm 5'9", mostly leg, and these are perfect. MORE TALL PLEASE!

These are my favorite jeans. They are dressy enough to wear in the evening with a pretty blouse and a blazer. I did buy one size smaller as recommended, had to return them however. They were just too snug and a little uncomfortable when I sat down. My regular size just fits perfect. Love, love NYDJ.
