I saw no positive results from these. In fact, I gained SEVEN POUNDS in the first week that I took them. I’m assuming that’s because they have to be taken with food, so I was drinking more water than usual since I normally don’t drink anything with my meals.
I know this isn't touted as a "weight loss" supplement, but more rather an aid to "promote healthy weight maintenance," but if you're like me, you're hoping this does the trick to lose those pesky 5-10 pounds that seem so hard to lose. For anyone wondering about results either not following the suggested diet or very minimally, here it is. The diet calls for a blueberry/coconut oil/egg white mixture for breakfast and lunch, and a salmon/broccoli dinner. This just wasn't practical for me, so I had the blueberry concoction for breakfast only, and ate whatever I wanted for lunch and dinner, along with taking the supplements 3 times a day. At the end of 10 days, total weight lost = 3 pounds. I have no doubt that had I followed the diet to a T, I would have probably lost closer to 10 pounds, but let's be real, here. Even WITHOUT the vitamins, eating only blueberries, egg whites, and salmon for 10 days would have given you similar results. With that said, I will say that I felt pretty great for the 10 days I took the supplement. I bought 2 boxes of this during the NSale. Still debating whether or not to return the second box.
I’ve read great reviews so I decided to give it a try. I got it during anniversary sale since I don’t think I could buy these every month. It’s only been a week but I think I’ve noticed a difference. I’ll keep you posted…
