Love this product. Have used it weekly for two weeks. Can see notable difference. Have used the A.M. toothpaste and ampules daily for several years, in addition to spin brushing baking soda and rinising with hydrogen perxide. It was signficant to see improvement the first time. The only tuff part, shamefully, is having to wait 30 minutes for a cigarette. However, my teeth are perfectly clean and non-stained. My dentist is always amazed.

Proseasy to use
For those of us with lightly stained teeth this works pretty good. I don't smoke or drink coffee, tea is my vice. So my teeth were just dingy, this really brightened them up with just one use. I have tried white strips and just the regular Go Smile ampules, using the light makes a dramatic difference. People with more stained teeth would have to use this several times before seeing results, but I think they would eventually. Much cheaper than an in office dentist whitening treatment and way better than the trays. I am really happy I bought this.
