Very easy to use, no bad taste AND gave wonderful results after the first round. My gums were a little tender, but (long, boring story here....blah, blah) this was my fault. Will continue to the second round for an even better smile.
By the way, I have a very low "gag" tolerance and this didn't bother me at all. I did put the cotton under my lips to collect any excessive saliva.

It is done a great job whitening my teeth. Didn't leave them sensitive at all!
I have done thiis twice once on a cruise ship they do it in 2 15 min treatments. and this one both the same price. My teeth are not stained however I drink coffee and diet soda so on the color swatch I was in the middle and after both times i got 2 shades lighter. Did anyone notice no but I could tell and they looked good the coffee dingy was gone it lasts as long as you cont to use the touch ups or tooth paste. Hope this helps. I did have good results with those new 3d strips but honestly my teeth hurt for day these not at all. Go for it.

Proseasy to use, effective, worth the price
I've seen this product a few times before, and was always curious. I've used GOsmile Ampules before and loved them! The Sales Associate at Nordstroms saw me eying this and explained how to use it, how it works, and told me she used it. She has the most amazingly white teeth, so I decided to give it a go. After reading through all the directions I've just finished my 3 10-minutes treatments and WOW! My teeth are about 5-6 shades lighter! I don't drink or smoke, but I enjoy drinking the occasional soda, and drinks lots and lots of tea. I also took tetracycline as a teen and this has added some brown to my teeth. This made them SO WHITE and pretty! It even got rid of tea stains around my gums that flossing hasn't helped at all. So far my teeth aren't sensitive either, which is a huge deal for me. I'd go ahead and give it a try! If you decide you don't like it you can always return it!
