Small but only one on the market 4 lower lashes

Yes, it is small, but this is only one on the market specifically works for lower lashes. Others not meant for lower lashes, will curl up lower lashes, defeating the whole purpose. Japanese ones are excellent, but hard to get / find, Just as small, & more expensive..,so..

This mascara is very easy to use, and reaches all of those tiny lashes! I bought a few other types just to compare, and I end up always going back to this. The tube is small, but it lasts awhile.

Never thought something like this would work but it is really a clever idea since many of us seem to apply mascara to the bottom lashes only to have it land on the skin underneath the eye. Works great, but just have to remember to have it out when applying mascara to top lashes. no more racoon eyes either.
