Got this for Christmas a year ago - and STILL love it. I am STILL receiving compliments on this watch everywhere I go! Best watch I've ever owned - it still shines beautifully - just be sure to store it properly when you're not wearing it and don't do high-stress/friction activities in the watch. It goes great with so many outfits! I am getting ready to purchase my second Marc watch and can't wait! DEFINITELY recommend.

Gorgeous watch but disappointed

I agree with previous reviewers about the quick tarnishing of the gold. I work at a desk job where I type and my wrist is exposed to the surface. However, even after I try to minimize the bottom of the band's contact with the table top, I still noticed tarnishing after a month or so. For such a high quality brand, I didn't expect this to happen. After all, my [cheaper] Fossil watch that's 3 years old has a lot less tarnishing. I regrettably had to return it. Maybe this is why Marc Jacobs is known for their handbags rather than their watches.

I was really excited to receive this little beauty in the mail! I receive lots of compliments on this watch! It looks fancier in person than on the web. It's sophisticated and totally Marc by Marc Jacobs without being overdone. I would totally recommend this as a gift or as a neat accessory.

I absolutely loved this watch upon purchase. The size was perfect for my small wrist and has a casual appeal so I can wear it daily. Unfortunately, after 2 days of purchase the gold on the wrist band has begin to tarnish causing the silver underneath to begin to show. I wasn't careless with it or did anything extreme while wearing it so I am unsure why it tarnished so quickly. I really love this watch therefore, I plan to exchange it for another one with the hopes that my first was simply a faulty one.
