I am an avid Tory Burch customer and own over 6 pairs of the Reva Flats. I saw the Caroline online and couldn't wait to go in the store to purchase them! I was really disappointed with them however. There seems to be a product malfunction because the heel broke after I wore them once and I brought them back. The second pair did the same thing after a few times wearing them.
They were also very uncomfortable compared to the Revas, I can wear the Revas all day with no problem, but my feet were killing me within a few hours of wearing the Caroline.
Sadly, I will be returning the second pair of these as well, and go back to wearing the Revas.
I would have given these only 1 star, but they are so cute that I had to give them 2 stars for style points.

I generally wear a size 8.5 or 9, but I needed a 9.5 in this shoe. Interestingly, the 9 was really tight on the tops of my toes and pressed down on my toenails. I've never had that problem before. The 9.5 relieved this pressure, and they are super comfortable especially after a few wears. The elastic trim is wonderful and has not caused me any heel blisters. Wish I could afford them in every color.
