Cute Flats BUT..

When I receive the flat, i was overly excited but after i tried it on, the leather on the back of the flat hurts the back of my feet every time i walk. I dont know if its too big on me. I usually wear a 7 but maybe if i go half a size down, it might work but i just didnt like the feeling of that leather on the back keep rubbing the back of my skin. It was uncomfortable. It looks cute and everything but i wouldnt want to keep a flat that would hurt my feet. I own caroline 2. that one is true to size and doesnt rub the back of my feet when i walk. Everyones feet is different so I recommend you buying it and try it

I expected more quality for the amount I spent. The leather looked like plastic and the sole was too thin with hardly any cushion inside. T. Burch prices are in the hundreds, but the quality is not equivalant to the prices. This brand does not provide the best quality for the price and I really think they either lower their prices or improve quality. I think the brand name is big that they can get by selling medicore quality shoes. As for the ones I bought, they went back.

I've got about 10 other non-'Caroline' flats that are not comfortable at all - which is ridiculous because the reason I wear flats instead of heels is so that I'll be a bit more comfortable! These flats are perfect - CUTE, but comfortable. They look great for work or for casual days. The search is over - these are the cutest, comfortable flats!

These are gorgeous shoes but I wear an 11 or 12 and I needed a 12 which they did not offer. Very classy looking and obviously true to size. Very disappointed that they didn't offer the size 12.
