Heel started to peel and flap after 3rd wear

I ordered these shoes online from Nordstrom as a back up for my wedding. They arrived 1 day before my bridal shower (May 3) and they were perfect with my dress so I decided to wear them early. They are so cute and comfortable!!!! BUT after wearing them 3 times, I noticed the bottom sole under the heel started to peel away and flap! Unexceptable!!! Return!

These shoes do not disappoint. I purchased the nude color and love them. They are a great year-round shoe.

I'm a 6 - 6.5 in Tory Burch shoes and the 6.5 was too small. I returned for the 7 and it's perfect. Reading other reviews, I experienced the same discomfort with the enamel logo at the toe in my smaller size, but the larger size alleviates that issue. The elastic band makes it more comfortable, I believe, and so far I haven't had any issues with rubbing or discomfort. The "camellia pink" is not pink at all - it's a really pretty patent nude.

I've loved the Caroline flat from the moment I first laid eyes on it. However, I had been reluctant to purchase another pair of Tory Burch shoes because the Reva made me so miserable (blisters even after a year of "breaking in").
I picked up the Caroline in black on Saturday and have only worn it around the house so far. I had to size up to 8.5 like with the Reva. My normal size of 8 fit, just a little too snug. I have a narrow foot, so I have extra width in the 8.5 but not the 8. I already feel the back rubbing against my foot (even with the elastic) and my toe under the medallion.
The quality and aesthetic of the shoe is outstanding. They are beautiful and well worth their price. I'm still not sure at this point whether I'll withstand more denial about the pain of loving Tory's gorgeous shoes.
