Poorly constructed!!!!

Caroline Ballerina flats are poorly made with CHEAP material. I have several pairs of REVA TB's, but I was extremely disappointed in this style. I suffered blisters on the back of my ankle after the 1st wear. They're painful and the elastic stretched after only 4 wears, soo they're just sitting in the box. I sent a picture per TB's customer service, but I never received a response. DO NOT BUY!!! I HAVE THE SCARS TO SHOW FOR IT!!

Great improvement from the old back which always cut into your heel! These are super comfortable and perfect for the office. Simple but very polished look!
I have wanted these shoes for a couple of years now and I finally broke down and purchased them. I am very happy with the product, they are comfortable and stylish. I love the fact that I can wear them to work and dress them up or wear them with jeans on the weekend when dressing down.
The Caroline flats, in my opinion, are one of the cutest pair of flats Tory Burch makes! They are also WAY more comfortable than the Reva flats.
One sizing suggestion - I am normally a size 9 in most shoes, but go up a half size in other TB styles. But, for the Caroline flat, I bought my normal size 9 because I have narrow feet. They were a little snug in the toe area at first, but after breaking them in, they are very comfortable!
