One of the best boots that I've ever purchased.

Two years in and these boots not only are holding up extremely well they are getting better. The leather and sole are now broken in and truly molded to my feet. Don't expect step in comfort. Think of this as a high quality baseball glove. Break in takes time but is most certainly worth doing. Keeping up with monthly cleaning and conditioning is a joy knowing that these boots will last a lifetime. Craftsmanship is top notch. No glue and chemicals holding everything together, just hand guided machined stitching. Money well spent.

Top notch quality and construction

I'm currently breaking in a pair of 8890 Moc Toe boots. After 2 days I'm already starting to feel the boots loosen up a bit. This is my first pair of RedWing Boots and I can already tell it won't be my last. I'm really looking forward to the 8890's feeling perfectly broken in and molded to my feet. The charcoal color is great for me as I wanted something a little more interesting than black. Very happy with my purchase.

These are my personal favorite from the heritage line (mostly because I like the look of this style better). I got a pair of them a couple months ago and I’ve just gotten through the break in period. Very nice and comfortable shoes and the charcoal leather looks great!

Had to have black with White Treads Had to be Double E I had get the from Great Britan Took over 1 year to break in Use lots of saddles soap it will do the job Wear double socks to protect the feet Warm water and saddle soap really soften the leather Mine are soft as a glove Time to send in to retread I hope they do a good job Styling boot chrome eyelets with black leather
