Great work Boots

I had it for a month now. Finally it is comfortable. I give 5 start for the quality. There are a few things that I didn't like about them. They are on the heavy side for a pair of work boot. I have another pair of Red Wing boot with aluminum safety toe. Surprisingly, the aluminum safety toe boot is much lighter than these. Also, the classic moc toe are the bulkiest that I own.
Regards the size, Nordstrom and Redwing website recommends to get 1/2 size smaller than your running shoe size. and they are absolutely right. I normally where size 9. I tried both size 8.5 and 9. I started with size 9, and it later became too roomy and awkward. 8.5 was initially too tight and hurt my toes. Redwing website said the built-in insoles are optional for better fit. I tried the pair without the insole for 2 weeks. The leather became softer and I was finally able to move my toes around. I re-installed the insoles and gave another 2 weeks. Now, they are okay, but I know they will be more comfortable as everyone else has stated.
They are great boots that will last for years.

Prosdurable, well-made, comfortable
The Red Wing 'Classic Moc' boots are stylish and comfortable. I can't wait to wear them with my multiple J. Crew outfits!
